The Asset Management/Billing & Administrative Supervisor will provide full administrative support within the Portfolio Management Department. The responsibilities will have a strong focus on helping Go Capital’s billing specialists with processing all payments online, utilizing Excel to create invoices and track equipment inventory and logistics and support our Remarketing department with asset resale. The position requires the ability to process documents with a high degree of accuracy along with a high degree of financial creativity. This position offers tremendous room for growth and the opportunity to work with experienced entrepreneurs building a fun and fast-paced company.


  • Process all payments online through
  • Place outbound calls to our lessees to make or confirm payment arrangements
  • Create new lease documents which contain legal modifications and amendments
  • Provide superior customer service to Go Capital’s customers
  • Maintain accurate notes in the collections system
  • Support Remarketing department by maintaining updated Excel worksheets which track equipment assets (categorized by year, make, model, mileage) and manage inventory tracking of repossessed assets and terminated leases that are going to repossessed
  • Research equipment auction values to determine values of assets in comparison to resale and wholesale values. Using this information, update inventory lists to properly value our equipment sent to Remarketing Manager
  • Manage equipment logistics by determining the best value we can obtain for resale and identify the best channel we can remarket asset in for highest return on investment
  • Utilizing Excel templates, create invoices for repo agents, buyers, our lessees and vendors and follow up with accounting to confirm account receivables on outstanding invoices



  • Associate Degree required
  • Experience with billing and collections
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; inside sales a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products required- Word and Excel
  • Excellent typing skills required
  • Excellent math skills required
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
  • Goal oriented, creative, optimistic and works wells in a team environment
  • Strong work ethic: great attendance, punctuality, flexibility and attitude

 Familiarity with any of the following areas is preferred but not required:
