ABOUT THE JOB

Our Dealer Marketing Representative works to prospect and establish relationships with commercial truck dealerships throughout the nation in order to generate applications. This position will also be responsible for educating and training dealers on Go Capital’s unique sub-prime leasing programs. The goal is to increase dealer applications and facilitate and cultivate the dealer relationships to increase Dealer application flow. You will be making outbound calls to assigned Dealerships to receive, review and encourage approved credit applications from the dealers. This position interfaces with our Truck Dealers, Customers and Sales department by contributing to department goals while maintaining accuracy and a high sense of urgency.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY / JOB DUTIES / SKILL-SETS

  • Receive and Promote Incoming Applications in from assigned Dealerships
  • Drive relationships with independent and franchise dealerships throughout the nation to increase application flow among our dealership network.
  • Review application approvals and identify what is required to receive a quality credit applications
  • Call on Dealers daily to generate business and help educate and train dealers on our underwriting and credit guidelines
  • Help train dealers on what is required to receive faster approvals
  • Follow up with dealers to receive completed credit applications
  • Follow up with the dealers if needed to receive items needed for stipulation clearance

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1 year of inside sales or call center experience required
  • Strong task and time management skills
  • Experience excelling in a fast-paced environment (Examples: Finance, Mortgage, Restaurant, etc.)
  • Strong work ethic
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in office, call center or customer service environment
  • At least 1 year of experience in a role requiring data entry and Microsoft office programs
  • At least 1 year of experience in a role requiring phone etiquette and Customer Service
  • Inside Sales and proven ability at meeting goals a plus
  • Ambitious and driven to succeed
  • Extremely high sense of urgency and a “roll up your sleeves” attitude
  • Proactive, “take-charge” work ethic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook

HOURS/BENEFITS

  • $15.00 per hour plus monthly commission/bonus options for applications generated
  • Position is full time, Mon-Friday 7 am – 4 PM
